直肠癌根治术肠系膜下动脉的处理方式及争议

在直肠癌手术中结扎肠系膜下动脉（inferior mesenteric artery，IMA）是关键步骤之一，无论是高位结扎还是低位结扎各有优势与不足，目前制定合理的手术方式仍需要循证医学证据支持。就现阶段而言，依据个体及术中情况决定IMA结扎方式更为可靠。本文根据国内外相关文献对直肠癌根治术中IMA的不同处理方式及争议作一综述。

The treatment and controversy of inferior mesenteric artery in radical resection of rectal cancer

In rectal cancer surgery，ligation of the inferior mesenteric arteryis（IMA） is one of the key steps.Whether it is high ligation or low ligation has its advantages and disadvantages.At present，the development of reasonable surgical methods still needs evidence-based medical evidence.As far as the present stage is concerned，it is more reliable to determine the ligation of the inferior mesenteric artery based on individual and intraoperative conditions.According to the related literatures at home and abroad，the different treatment methods of IMA in rectal cancer were reviewed.
