| 摘 要： | IgG4相关性疾病 （IgG4-RD） 是一种免疫介导的炎症伴纤维化疾病, 临床上发现部分IgG4-RD可合并恶性肿瘤。本文通过回顾性分析2018年5月收治的1例病理诊断IgG4-RD合并肺腺癌患者的相关资料, 探讨IgG4-RD的临床表现、 病理特点、 诊疗情况及与恶性肿瘤之间的联系。

| Abstract: | IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) is an immune-mediated inflammation with fibrotic disease, and it is clinically found that some IgG4-RD can be combined with malignant tumors. Based on the retrospective analysis of 1 case of IgG4-RD with lung adenocarcinoma identified pathologically in May 2018, the clinical manifestation, pathological characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of IgG4-RD, and the relationship between IgG4-RD and malignant tumors were studied. |
