膀胱癌患者术后生存质量与希望水平的相关性

目的:分析膀胱癌患者术后生存质量与希望水平现状，并研究二者之间的关系。方法:选取膀胱癌手术患者104例，采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表（WHO-QOL-100）和Herth 希望指数量表（HHI）进行问卷调查。结果:膀胱癌患者希望水平以“对现实和未来的积极态度”维度得分最高，为（12.11±3.04）分；生存质量以社会关系评分最高，为(13.24±1.14)分；年龄、收入水平、肿瘤分期、治疗方法及泌尿系感染是导致膀胱癌患者希望水平差异的重要影响因素，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；希望水平越高，生理、心理、独立性、社会关系及精神/宗教信仰等维度得分越高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:膀胱癌患者术后希望水平较低，随着希望水平的降低，生存质量也有一定程度的下降，应在膀胱癌患者术后进行心理干预，提高其希望水平及生存质量。

The relationship between quality of life and hope level on bladder carcinoma patients

Objective:To investigate the situation of the quality of life（QOL) and the hope level in patients with bladder cancer after operation and to analyze the relationship between them.Methods:104 hospitalized bladder carcinoma patients were investigated with WHO-QOL-100 and Herth Hope Index（HHI).Results:Among the results，the highest score of the hope level was "the positive attitude to reality and future" which was 12.11±3.04.The highest score of the quality of life was"the social relationship"which was 13.24±1.14.Age，income，tumor stage，type of treatment and urinary infection were important factors that contributed to the statistical significant differences(P<0.05).The level of hope was proportionate to the physiology，psychology，independence，social relationship and spiritual/religious belief.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of hope was lower in bladder carcinoma patients after operations than the ordinary persons.With the decrease of the level of hope，the quality of life also decreased to a certain extent.Psychological interventions should be carried out to improve the hope level and quality of life in patients with bladder cancer after operations.
