| 摘 要： | 甲状旁腺肿瘤是引起原发性甲状旁腺亢进症的主要因素。异位甲状旁腺肿瘤较为少见，多数肿瘤无典型的临床症状，隐匿性高而在临床中易被忽视。对异位性肿瘤的定性、定位是目前临床诊治难点，99Tcm-MIBI闪烁扫描术是诊断甲状旁腺肿瘤的金标准，通常与其他影像方法联合应用。手术治疗是最有效也是唯一可以治愈的方式。

| Abstract: | Parathyroid tumor is the leading cause of primary hyperparathyroidism.Ectopic parathyroid tumors are rare，and non-typical clinical symptom of tumors are the most common presentation.They are often neglected in clinical practice caused by high stealthiness.Ectopic tumors localization is a difficult problem at present.99Tcm-MIBI scintigraphy is the gold standard for the diagnosis of parathyroid tumors，and is usually used in combination with other imaging examination.Surgery is the most effective and the only one of curable therapy method. |
