青年大肠癌临床及病理特征分析

目的分析青年大肠癌的临床特点和病理特征与老年大肠癌的不同，为青年大肠癌的早期诊断及治疗提供理论依据。方法总结我院自1999年1月至2009年6月年共收治的32例年龄低于35岁的青年大肠癌资料进行研究，对临床表现、发病部位、组织类型、Dukes分期、误诊情况进行统计分析，与同期老年病例作对照。结果青年组在血便、腹痛、及腹部不适、黏液腺癌、Dukes分期、误诊率与老年组比较，差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）。结论青年人大肠癌确诊晚，误诊多，恶性度高，预后差。

Analysis of Clinical Symptoms and Pathologic Features of Young Patients with Colorectal Carcinoma

Objective To study the clinical and pathological features in 32 cases of young patients （age≤ 35） with colon cancer to analyze those features different from those in the elderly and to explore the possibility of preventing and curing colorectal carcinoma. Method A retrospective review was made in 32 cases of young pa- tients and 112 aged patients treated in our hospital from January 1999 to June 2009. Their clinical features,the position of cancer, pathological features,the stage by Dukes and cause of misdiagnosis were compared. Results The rate of muco bloody stools, bellyache, mucinous adenocarcinoma,Dukes stage C and D, the rate of misdiagnosis were significant difference （P〈0.05） in young group than those in old group. Conclusion Colorectal carcinoma in young patients is late diagnose, higher misdiagnose, more malignant, worse prognosis.
