卢湾区艾滋病自愿咨询检测结果分析

目的了解本区近年来VCT工作开展情况，促进本区VCT工作更好发展。方法由经过培训的咨询员对2009～2010年来VcT门诊的求询者进行检测前后咨询和HIV抗体初筛检测，每位求询者填写一份《咨询个案登记表》。结果求询者以男性为主，男女比例7．64：1。年龄结构以青壮年居多，文化程度较高，主要求询原因以不安全性行为为主，其中非婚性行为及男男同性性行为占90．51％。2009～2010年来求询的男男同性性行为者中HIV检测阳性率达9．86％。结论应重视VcT门诊在艾滋病防治工作中的作用，加大对高危人群和脆弱人群的宣传和干预，鼓励人们接受自愿咨询和检测服务。

Analysis of the Voluntary Counseling and Testing Results on HIV in Luwan District of Shanghai.

Objective To understand the current progress of voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） in Luwan District of Shanghai and improve its developments in future. Method The inquirers in the outpatient de- partment from 2009-2010 were all tested for the HIV antibody and queried by the trained consultants before and after the testing. And each inquirer was also asked to fill in an individual-based questionnaire. Results The inquirers were mostly males and the male-to-female ratio was 7.64.;1. Most of the inquirers were young adults with higher education and the main reason was the unprotected sex. The proportion of the sexual behavior with non-spouse and the homosexual intercourse among men who had sex with men was 90.51%. The positive rate of HIV was 9.86% among the homosexual intercourse among men who had sex with men during the 2009-2010. Conclusion The effects of VCT to prevent AIDS should be given enough attention and the work of propaganda and intervention on the at-risk and vulnerable population should be strengthened. The behaviors of accepting the VCT and testing services should be encouraged.
