易筋经操结合脑电仿生仪治疗脑供血不足疗效观察

目的观察中医推拿功法易筋经操结合脑电仿生电刺激仪治疗脑供血不足的临床疗效。方法脑供血不足患者67人，按照随机数字表法分为治疗组34例和对照组33例。对照组常规进行脑电仿生电刺激仪治疗，治疗组在脑电仿生电刺激仪治疗同时进行中医推拿功法的易筋经操锻炼，每周5d，每日1次，每次练习两遍，疗程为六周。治疗前后进行比较，并进行组间对比。结果治疗组的有效率达到94．1％，显效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论中医推拿功法易筋经作为温和的体育锻炼，结合脑电仿生刺激仪协同治疗脑供血不足具有更好的治疗效果，安全可靠价廉便捷应该值得推广。

Observation of the Effects of Cerebrovascular Function Therapy with Yi Jin Jing in Cerebral Circulation Insufficiency

Objective To observe the clinical treatment effects of CVFT （ Cerebrovascular Function Thera- py） with Yi Jin Jing in cerebral circulation insufficiency. Method 67 patients with cerebral circulation insufficiency were randomized divided into the treatment group 34 cases and the control group 33 cases. The control group was treated with CVFT. The treatment group was treated with CVFT and Yi Jin Jing （ 5 days per week and one time per day, acting twice a time）. It lasted 6 weeks and the efficacy before and after treatment was compared be- tween groups. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 94.1 % , which was great higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion As a kind of moderate physical exercise, Yi Jin Jing with CVFT has better treatment results in cerebral circulation insufficiency. It is safe and reliable for popularization.
