阿托伐他汀与辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症的疗效比较

目的比较阿托伐他汀与辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症的疗效。方法将98例患者随机分为阿托伐他汀组（52例）和辛伐他汀组（46例），阿托伐他汀剂量为10mg／d，辛伐他汀剂量为20mg／d，均口服治疗，疗程为8周。结果治疗8周后，两组总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）与治疗前比较均显著下降，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）无明显升高（P〉0．05）。结论阿托伐他汀和辛伐他汀均为高效、安全的降脂药物。

Comparison the effects of atorvastatin and simvastatin in hypercholestrolemia

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of atorvastatin and simvastatin in treatment of hyperlipimia. Method 98 cases with compound hyperlipimia were randomly divided into two groups for 8 weeks. One is group A with atorvastatin 10 mg/ d and the another is group B with simvastatin 20 mg / d. Results During therapy for 8 weeks, The levels of TC, TG and LDL- C significantly decreased for two groups before and after therapy. Compared with two groups the different is more significant （ P〈 0. 05） . Both of them could not elevate the levels of HDL-C after 8 weeks treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Astovastatin and simvastatin are both safe and effect medicine in treatment of patient with compound hyperlipimia.
