| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨彩超筛查诊断胎儿畸形的价值。方法：对5504例孕18～28周孕妇进行彩超筛查对畸形胎儿进行诊断。结果：5504例中超声诊断胎儿畸形65例，漏诊7例，产后（引产或出生）证实72例。结论：彩超可以显示18—28周胎儿的形态结构，是产前筛查诊断胎儿畸形的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the value of prenatal screening and diagnosis of fetal in the stage of mid-pregnancy with color Doppler. Methods：In our hospital , the prenatal color Doppler ultrasongraphic screening and diagnosis were conducted in 5 504 pregnant women with gestational age of 18 - 28 weeks. Results：Among 5 504 fetal cases, 72 of abnormal fetus were found by post-natal evaluation, 65 cases were performed using color Doppler VS 7 cases were missed diagnosis. Conclusion：Color Doppler plays an important role in screening and diagnosis fetal anomalies and improvement of newborn population quality. |
