| 摘 要： | 目的：分析讨论腹腔镜胆囊切除术中转开腹的原因,探讨降低中转开腹率的预防措施。方法：回顾258例LC病例,对9例LC中转开腹的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果：258例LC中,腹腔胆囊切除术成功率96.5%,中转开腹9例（占3.5%）。其中主动中转开腹8例,被动中转开腹1例。结论：果断中转开腹是LC避免副损伤的有效措施。
