| Abstract: | This paper reports the LDH isoenzyme of serum of Rana c. chensinensis,R.c. Kangdingensis, R. c lanzhouensis and R. c changbaishanensis by using polyacrylamide gel electrophoreses.The number of the enzyme bands of R. c. chensinensis,R. c. lanzhouensis and R. c. changbaishanensis is four for each subspecies, while that of R c. kangdingensis is three. And the percentanes of the bands in different subspecies are different. |
