脉冲射频联合得保松治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效观察

目的：观察脉冲射频调节联合得保松治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效。方法：选择应用脉冲射频调节治疗带状疱疹后神经痛病人38例，脉冲射频调节联合得保松治疗组（A组）21例，单纯得保松治疗组（B组）17例。观察与记录患者治疗前、治疗后1周及治疗后3个月VAS评分，评定治疗效果优良率。结果：A组较B组VAS评分低（P〈0．01），A组较B组优良率高（P〈0．01），脉冲射频调节联合得保松治疗PHN，镇痛效果确切，有助于缓解患者症状、改善生活质量。结论：脉冲射频调节联合得保松治疗带状疱疹后神经痛效果安全有效。

Efficacy of Pulsed RF modulation combined with Compound Betamethasone Injection to treat post herpetic neuralgia

Objective：To observe Pulsed RF modulation combined with Compound Betamethasone Injection to treat post herpetic neuralgia. Methods：38 patients with post herpetic neuralgia treated by Pulsed RF modulation combined with Betamethasone Injection, treatment group （A） regulating combined with 21 cases, simply Compound Betamethasone Injection treatment group （B） 17 cases Observe and record patients before treatment, 1 week after treatment and3 months after treatment VAS score to assess the treatment effect excellent rate. Results：A group of two sets of VAS scores （P 〈0.01）, a group of two groups of good rate （P〈O.01）. Pulsed RF modulation combined with Com- pound Betamethasone Injection to treat PHN proves accurate in analgesic effect, helpful to relieve symptoms and im- prove quality of life. Conclusion：Pulsed RF modulation combined with Compound Betamethasone Injection to treat post herpetic neuralgia is safe and effective.
