舒适护理在肺癌化疗患者中应用的效果评价

目的：探讨舒适护理模式在肺癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法：选择某医院肿瘤科收治的78例肺癌化疗患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各39例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予舒适护理干预。比较两组患者化疗不良反应的发生率和对护理工作满意度。结果：经过3个月的护理干预，观察组化疗不良反应发生率显著低于对照组，观察组对护理工作满意度（89．7％）显著高于对照组（53．8％）。结论：针对肺癌化疗患者实施舒适护理干预，可以降低患者化疗不良反应发生率。提高患者对护理工作的满意度，提高护理质量。

Efficacy Evaluation of Comfortable Nursing in Lung Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

Objective：to discuss the application effect of comfortable nursing in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Method：78 lung cancers patients undergoing chemotherapy received in hospital were divided into ob- servation group and control group, 39 in each group. Control group was given regular nursing, observation group was given comfortable nursing intervention in addition to regular nursing. Side-effect occurrrence rate and nursing satis- faction degree were compared between the two groups. Result：after 3 months nursing intervention, side effects occur- rence of observation group is significantly lower than that of the control group. Nursing satisfaction degree of observa- tion group （89.7%） is significantly higher than that of the control group （53.8%）. Conclusion＇The application of com- fortable nursing intervention to lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy can lower the occurrence rate of side effects, improve patients＇ satisfaction degree on nursing, and elevate nursing quality.
