摘    要:人是最活跃的生产要素,医院只有充分认识人力资源管理对医院发展的重要性,才能在发展中永葆竞争优势。然而目前医院人力资源管理存在一系列问题,因此医院只有采取一系列有效措施切实改进人力资源管理,挖掘人力资源潜能,才能提升医院竞争的软实力和整体水平。

Abstract:People are the most active factor of production, the hospital can keep competitive advantage in the de- velopment only after fully aware of the importance of human resources management for hospital development. Howev- er, there are a series of problems of human resource management in the hospital at present. So,the hospital must take a range of effective measures to improve human resources management, exploit the potential of human resources, in or- der to improve hosnital competition nower and overall iewl.
