| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨米非司酮联合依沙吖啶应用于中期妊娠引产的有效性和安全性。方法:将90例中期妊娠孕妇随机分为两组。观察组45例,采用米非司酮联合利凡诺引产;对照组45例,单纯使用利凡诺引产。结果:观察组和对照组引产成功率差异无统计学意义,宫缩发动时间、产程时间、胎盘胎膜残留及产后出血量差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮联合依沙吖啶用于中期妊娠引产是一种理想、安全、有效的方法,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of mifepristone plus ethacridine in mid trimester of pregnancy induced labor. Method： 90 gravida of induction of labor in midpregnancy were randomly divided into the observation group（n=45 ）, the control group （n =45）.The observation group were treated by mifepristone and ethacridine,and the control group were given only ethacridiue. Results ：The total labor time,launch time of labor,placental membranes residue and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the treatment group and the control group showed significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Mifepristone plus ethacridine in mid trimester of pregnancy induced labor is an ideal, safe and effective abortion method. |
