| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨如何对急性心肌梗死患者临床观察及有效护理。方法：回顾总结1例急性心肌梗死患者，前降支植入支架术后治疗效果观察及护理。结果：经过精心的治疗和护理，患者病情平稳转回病房。结论：急性心肌梗死患者病情危急，护理难度大，细致有预见性的病情观察及科学的护理方法是其治疗护理成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study clinical observation and effective nursing for patients with AMI. Method：A retro- spective review of effecting observation and nursing 1 cases of patients whom Anterior descending artery stent implan- tation surgery with AMI.Result：after careful treatment and nursing, the patient＇s condition is normal and transferred to ward.Conclusion：AMI patients are in critical condition, and nursing is difficult. Meticulous and predictable observa- tion and scientific care is key to the success of the treatment and care. |
