| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨自体腹水浓缩回输腹腔治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水的疗效。方法：对60例顽固性腹水患者进行自体腹水浓缩回输腹腔治疗3周。结果：治疗后患者腹围、24h尿量、体重明显下降（P〈0．05），腹水中钠、钾、氯无明显改变（p〉0．05），白蛋白有所升高（P〈0．05）。结论：自体腹水浓缩回输腹腔治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水可缓解临床症状，疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the value of treatment of reinfusion of concentrated ascites intraperitoneal obstinate ascites due to cirrhosis. Methods：60 cases of patients with refractory ascites with ascites concentration retransfusion therapy for 3 weeks. Results：after treatment, Patients with abdominal circumference, urine volume of 24 h and weight were decreased （P〈0.05）.Na＋, K＋, Cl- in ascites showed no change. Whereas albumin were increased （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：autologous reinfusion of concentrated ascites intraperitoneal treatment of obstinate ascites due to cirrhosis can alleviate clinical symptoms, with accurate curative effect. |
