两种不同内固定植入物治疗髌骨骨折的疗效比较

目的：探讨髌骨骨折的两种手术内固定治疗方法的疗效。方法：对22例不同类型髌骨骨折随机采用改良AO克氏针钢丝张力带、形状记忆合金髌骨爪两种不同内固定方法取得的疗效。结果：随访6—18个月，平均12个月。改良AO克氏针钢丝张力带内固定组优8例，良1例，差1例，优良率90％；形状记忆合金髌骨爪组优10例，良1例，差1例，优良率91．66％。结论：形状记忆合金髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折疗效可靠，并发症较低，操作简单。

Comparisons of Two Inserts of Internal Fixation in Treating patella Fractures

Objective ：To investigate the different effect of two surgical internal fixation treatments for ture. Methods：A consecutive series of 22 patients with different types of using tension band technique for 10 patients and memory alloy surgery and follow-up ,we evaluated surgery effect according to was 6 ~ 18 months, 12 months in average.In the tension band patellar patellar patella frac- fracture were included in the study concentrator for 12 patients in random. After Lu-Yupu scoring system. Results：The follow-up time technique group, 8 were evaluated as excellent, 1 as good,1 as poor, the rate of excellent and good results was 90%. In the memory alloy patellar concentrator group, lOwere evaluated as excellent, 1 as good,1 as poor the rate of excellent and good results was 91.66%. Conclusion： The memory alloy patellar concentrator fixation is an effective treatment for pateUar fracture with less complications andeasier operations.
