人性化护理在ICU清醒患者中应用效果观察

目的：探讨人性化护理在ICU清醒患者应用的实施效果。方法：对2012年1--6月ICU清醒患者51例实施人性化护理，与2011年1--6月51例清醒患者采用传统的护理方法进行效果观察，观察两组患者约束情况、约束不良事件和投诉情况。结果：观察组较对照组约束率明显降低，无因约束原因引起皮肤损伤，家属投诉减少。结论：ICU清醒患者给予人性化护理降低约束带使用率，减少护理不良事件的发生。

Curative effect of svstematic humanized nursing on ICU critically conscious patients

Objective：To investigate the effect of systematic humanized nursing on ICU critically conscious pa- tients. Methods：The implementation of the systematic humanized nursing were carried out on 51 cases from January to June of 2012 in ICU conscious patients. Compared with patients from January to June of 2011 received traditional nursing method, the constraint condition, nursing adverse events and complaints of the observation group were record- ed. Results：The rate of constrain measures use was decreased on the observation group, no family member＇s com- plaints were lodged. Concl reduce the using of restrain usion：Adopting the systematic humanized nursing on critically ill patients can effectively t belt and the occurrence of adverse events.
