1438例剖宫产手术切口的目标性监测

目的:监测剖宫产切口感染的易感因素及切口异常愈合情况,探索预防控制切口感染的措施。方法:调查剖宫产患者的易感因素及切口转归,并对20名医师手术的切口愈合情况进行监测。结果:某医院6个月共行剖宫产手术1438例,切口感染率为0.35%;切口裂开率为0.49%;渗出、硬结、红肿等率为4.79%;总的切口异常愈合率为5.63%。监测月从2011年6月1日~2011年11月30日。监测干预前切口异常愈合率4.8%,干预后2011年10月切口异常愈合率3.36%,监测月与干预月切口异常愈合率有明显差异。结论:重视患者的易感因素,熟练、准确、标准的手术操作技能以及手卫生是预防手术切口感染的关键,对每位手术医师的手术愈合统计以及采用围手术期预防使用抗生素后异常愈合率明显下降,故监测干预有效。

1438 cases of cesarean section incision targeted monitoring

Objective： To monitor the cesarean section wound infection risk factors and abnormal wound healing, and explore measures for prevention and control of wound infection. Methods： Survey of cesarean section in patients with predisposing factors and wound outcome, and each physician surgery monitoring of wound healing. Results： A total of 6 months hospital cesarean section surgery, 1438 cases, wound infection rate was 0.35%; wound dehiscence rate of 0.49%; exudation, induration, swelling and other rate of 4.79%; the overall rate of wound healing abnormalities 5.63%. Monitored monthly from June 1,2011 to November 30, 2011. The preface the intervention of abnormal wound healing rate of 4.8% in October 2011 after the intervention of abnormal wound healing rate of 3.36%, monthly moni- toring and intervention on a control group were significantly different. Conclusion： The emphasis on patient risk fac- tors, skilled, accurate, standard operating procedure to do the skills and hand hygiene is the key to prevention of sur- gical wound infection, surgery for each surgeon＇s healing statistics and their use of perioperative use of antibiotics to prevent abnormal healin~ rate has decreased, so monitorin~ intervention Droves effective.
