| 摘 要： | 目的报告AO Ventrofix前路钛金属圆棒系统在胸腰椎骨折中的应用.方法对19例胸腰椎骨折伴椎管前方占位者进行前路减压和Ventrofix内固定.同时采用ASIA分级标准进行术前、术后的神经学评估.结果所有病例得到随访,随访3～11个月,平均7.4个月.所有病例均有不同程度恢复.结论 Ventrofix系统通用性强,安全、坚固、使用简单,具有良好的MRI兼容性,是目前理想的胸腰椎前路内固定器械之一.

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce the application of AO Ventrofix system for treatment of thoracolumbar vertebrae fractures by anterior decompression and fixation.Methods Nineteen cases of thoracolumbar fractures accompanied with compression of spinal cord were treated by anterior decompression and fixation using Ventrofix system.The ASIA(American Spinal Injury Association)impairment scale preoperatively,postoperatively were recorded.Results .All cases were followed up for 3-24 months,averaging 7 4 months.Conclusion The AO Ventrofix system has the characteristic of universal,safe,rigid,easy to use and compatible to MRI.It will be an ideal internal fixator for the anterior decompression and fixation of thoracolumbar injuries. |
