| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院2006～2008年的H2受体拮抗剂的使用状况及趋势。方法：采用药品金额排序法和限定日剂量法,对H2受体拮抗剂的品种、消耗量、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日均费用（DDC）进行汇总、排序、分析。结果：H2受体拮抗剂整体使用量、DDC呈下降趋势。其中枸橼酸雷尼替丁DDDs有所上升,其他H2受体拮抗剂DDDs均逐年下降。结论：我院H2受体拮抗剂使用基本合理,H2受体拮抗剂所占份额逐年缩小,但仍有一定发展空间。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To probe into the utilization of H2 receptor antagonists and its developmental tendency in our hospital during 2006 ～ 2008.METHODS：The utilization of H2-receptor blockers was analyzed in aspect of its variety,consumption quantity,consumption sum,defined daily dose（DDDs） and daily average cost（DDC） by applying the methods of order of consumption sum and defined daily dose by using the ordering of consumption sum and DDDs methohds.RESULTS：The overall consumption quantity and DDC of H2-receptor blockers showed a downward trend;however,the DDDs of Ranitidine Bismuth Citrate had some increase,whereas the DDDs of all the other H2receptor blockers showed a year-on-year decrease.CONCLUSION：The utilization of H2-receptor blockers in our hospital is basically reasonable,though with a decreasing market share,H2-receptor blockers still have some market development potential. |
