精细理念在医院管理中的应用

随着医院内外环境的不断改变，目前医院最大的问题仍是管理问题，管理思想影响并决定管理方式和管理水平，确立正确的管理思想指导医院管理活动是至关重要的。文章针对当前管理发展的趋势，结合资料研究，提出医院管理应以精细理念为指导，并对医院如何实施精细管理提出一些建议。

Application of refined theory in hospital management

The importance of hospital management is recognized along with the incessant changes of hospital's inside and outside environment. Although many kinds of methods were applied into hospital, the most important issue is still management. Management antilogy decides management model and management level. Aiming at current management's developmental direction and combining with data study, this article brings up the theory that hospital should introduce refined theory into routine management. The author puts forward some suggestions on how to implement refined management in the end.
