| 摘 要： | 目的用SonoCT技术检查脑梗死病人的颈动脉粥样硬化改变及其相关性。方法对80例脑梗死病人的颈动脉进行SonoCT技术检查,观察其有无斑块、斑块性质、IMT增厚、狭窄,测量PSV、EDV、RI等参数。结果61例脑梗死病人的颈动脉有不同程度的IMT增厚和斑块形成,好发部位为颈动脉分叉处和颈内动脉起始部。结论SonoCT技术检查颈动脉无创、准确,可重复直接测量IMT、斑块大小,确定斑块性质,预测脑血管病高危状态,指导治疗。

| Abstract: | Objecttive To explore the relationship between carotid artery atherosclerosis and cerebral infarction with sonoCT technique. Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction were examined with sonoCT technique on carotid artery. Results 61 cases were present in different degree carotid artery atherosclerosis, most of internal , and external carotid arteries. Conclusion SonoCT technique were noninvasiveness, accuracy. The study demonstrates the clinical usefulness for the evaluation of carotid atherosclerosis.= |
