严重急性呼吸综合征的胸部X线影像分析

目的研究严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)患者胸片的改变及影像变化规律。方法对45例SARS的X线表现进行分析,包括X线胸片异常出现的时间,病变最为严重的时间及病变吸收的时间和影像形态。结果胸部X线异常出现的时间多在发病后1～7d(32例,71.1%),X线表现最为严重的时间多在发病后的8～14d(34例,75.6%),多数病变吸收的时间多为发病后的15～21d(24例,53.3%),SARS的典型的影像学表现为双侧或单侧的单发或多发大片状模糊影(36例,80%),最严重时期变化快,部分病人病变呈游走性改变。结论胸部X线检查可用于SARS的早期发现及显示病程的变化,指导治疗并提示预后,但对病变的细微改变显示有限度。

Chest X -ray appearances in SARS

Objective To study the chest x-ray appearances and dynamic imaging changes in severe acute respiratory syndrome diagnosed clinically.Methods The sequential chest x-ray examinations at 1～4 day intervals were performed in 45 patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome.Results The findings on chest X-ray images were analyzed.The abnormalities on the chest X-ray films most commonly occurred at 1～7 days onset (32 cases 71.1%),and the most severe manifestations on the chest films usually presented at 8～14 days(34cases 75.6%).The absorption of the abnormal changes on the films occurred at 15～21 days in most cases(24cases 53.3%).The typical signs of SARS were bilateral or unilateral single or multiple patchy shadows(36cases,80%),and the lesions presented wandering features in some cases.Conclusion The chest radiogram can be used to display early appearances and dynamic change in SARS.
