| 摘 要： | 目的：了解贵州少数民族群体惯用手群体遗传学特点。方法：采用分层整群抽样方法对贵州白裤瑶、布依族、苗族、侗族、水族、土家族、彝族和汉族等8个民族群体惯用手的基因频率进行调查。结果：贵州白裤瑶、布依族、苗族、侗族、水族、土家族、彝族和汉族的惯用手显性基因频率分别为0．5991、0．5398、0．5821、0．6450、0．4935、0．6795、0．7795和0．7061。结论：惯用手的基因频率分布存在民族和性别问差异，为国人惯用手群体遗传学研究提供重要资料。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the population genetics of handedness character of 8 nationalities in Guizhou. Methods:A survey on the gene frequency of handedness Character of 1 999 adults of Baiku Yao, Bouyei, Mao, Dong, Shui, Tujia, Yi and Han nationality populations from 18 to 55 years old(1 100 males and 899 females) living in Guizhou was carried out in August 2001. Their parents, grandparents and maternal grandparents were same nationality. Results: The gene frequency of handedness character of Baiku Yao, Bouyei,Mao,Dong, Shui,Tujia, Yi and Han nationality populations were 0.5991,0.5398,0.5821,0.6450, 0.4935,0.6795,0.7795 and 0.7061 respectively. Conclusion: There were differences about the feature of gene frequency in difierent nationalities and sexes. These data have provided important information for human population genetics. |
