补气活血方对帕金森小鼠影响的实验研究

目的研究补气活血方对帕金森病小鼠的影响。方法将小鼠分成6组,用腹腔注射农药百草枯的方法造小鼠帕金森病模型,并同时灌胃给予补气活血方进行疗效研究。通过行为学检测、小鼠黑质脑区单胺类神经递质的含量检测、中脑黑质部位行酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)免疫组化染色,这三方面来研究补气活血方对帕金森病的影响。结果模型对照组与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P0.05);阳性对照组,高、中、低剂量组,与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。阳性对照组与高剂量组差异不明显。结论采用补气活血方可显著改善帕金森病小鼠的行为学变化,提高其黑质脑区内单胺类神经递质的含量,为今后帕金森病的临床治疗提供参考。

Experiment Study on the Parkinson' s mice with Buqi Huoxue Decoction

Objective To study the Buqi Huoxue Dewction on the effects of Parkinson＇s disease in mice.Methods The mice were divided into six groups,with the intraperitoneal injection pesticides paraquat in mice to making model of Parkinson＇s disease,and at the same time give Buqi gavage to study the blood circulation side effects.Through the behavioral testing,mouse substantia nigra brain levels of monoamine neurotransmitter detection,in the substantia nigra tyrosine hydroxylase-line positions（TH） immunohistochemical staining,to study the Buqi Huoxue Dewction the impact of Parkinson＇s disease.Results The model group and blank control group were significant difference（P 0.05）;positive control group,high,middle and low-dose group,compared with the model control group,was significant difference（P 0.05）.Positive control group and high-dose group were not significantly different.Conclusion The use of Buqi Huoxue Decoction may significantly improve the behavior of Parkinson＇s disease in mice changes to improve their brain regions of the substantia nigra of the contents of monoamine neurotransmitters for future clinical treatment of Parkinson＇s disease provide a reference.
