| 摘 要： | 目的探讨桡骨头置换术治疗MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折的临床疗效。方法采用桡骨头置换术治疗12例MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折患者。结果随访6～38个月,无切口感染、桡神经损伤、假体松动等并发症发生。按Mayo肘关节功能评分：优7例,良4例,一般1例。结论桡骨头置换术适用于MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折的治疗,有利于恢复肘关节的稳定性和伸屈活动及前臂旋转功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the radial head prosthesis replacement in treatment of Mason type-Ⅲ radial head fractures. Methods Radial head prosthesis replacement were used to treat 12 cases of Mason type-Ⅲ radial head fractures. Results All cases were followed up for 6 - 38 months. There were no patients with the complications, such as infection, damage of the radial nerve and looseness of prosthesis. According to the elbow functional evaluation criteria by Mayo, excellent results were found in 7 cases, good in 4 and fair in 1. Conclusions Radial head prosthesis replacement is suitable for Mason type-Ⅲ radial head fractures, because it can better restore the stability, flexion and extension of the elbow, and the rotational motion of the forearm. |
