汉族人群Fas670基因多态性与其他种族比较

目的 研究Fas基因多态性在中国地区汉族人群中的分布与人类其他种族的比较。方法 应用聚合酶链反应(polymerase chain reaction ,PCR) 限制性片段长度多态性(restriction fragment length polymorphism, RFLP) 方法，对124例中国地区汉族正常健康人群进行了Fas基因多态性检测，并与其他种族作比较 。结果 汉族Fas 基因- 670 位点基因型和等位基因频率与其他种族比较差异无显著性。结论 未发现Fas基因多态性在中国地区汉族人群中的分布与人类其他种族存在差异 。

Polymorphism of Fas-670 in Han population:A comparative study
