| 摘 要： | 目的观察胎盘免疫调节因子（PF）在体外的抗乙肝病毒（HBV）作用及安全性。方法将质量浓度分别为0．032—20．000mg／ml的PF作用于体外培养的人肝癌细胞系HepG 2．2．15细胞，通过MTT比色法观察细胞增殖抑制率及半数毒性质量浓度（TC50），以荧光定量PCR法检测HBV DNA水平（以拉米夫定为阳性对照组）。结果PF处理后细胞增殖抑制率为0．75％～58．21％且呈浓度依赖性，作用72h后TC50为13．61mg／ml；PF作用72h和144h后，细胞上清液中HBV DNA拷贝量显著降低，与阳性对照组水平相似。结论PF在体外有显著抗HBV作用，且细胞毒性较小。
