碘盐防治后地甲肿病区居民尿碘水平的监测及变化规律的探讨

摘    要:本文对1/2万碘盐防治地甲肿后三年中病区居民尿碘水平的变化进行了监测分析.碘盐防治后其患病率与病区居民尿碘值不存在相关关系,而与尿碘均值的离散程度呈正相关.碘盐供应中的间断和掺拌浓度不稳定是增大离散程度的主要原因.提出碘盐防治地甲肿的考核监测,应将居民尿碘含量的均值与离散程度结合起来观察.

Abstract:Urogenous iodide level of residents treated with 1/20000 iodinate salt for 3 years in endemic goiter area were tested and analyzed. We find that there is no correlative relation between incidence of endemie goiter and urogenous iodide value of the residents, but there is a positive correlation between incidence and degree of dispersion of urogenous iodide mean value. Disconneted supplies and unstable concentration of iodinate salt are main causes to increase the degree of dispersion. It is put for ward that the exam and test of the prevention against endemic goiter with iodine salt should be observed by combining the mean value of iodine amount in urine and the degree of dispersion.
