产前急诊床旁二维B超的临床应用价值

目的探讨急诊床旁（产前）二维超声（UBCPET）检查的临床价值。方法回顾性分析本院2003年6月至2006年6月进行（UBCPET）检查的2500例患者资料。结果2500例患者（产妇）中，正常胎位（枕前位、枕左横、枕右横）2139例，符合率为97％。持续性枕横位及枕后位238例，符合率为98％，臀位110例、横位13例，符合率为98％，脐带绕颈者750例，符合率为96％。前置胎盘25例，符合率为100％，胎盘早剥17例，符合率为64％。羊水及胎儿异常188例（羊水浑浊及粪染30例，胎儿畸形8例），符合率为91％。结论UBCPET可快捷、方便的为临床做出诊断、为医生提供准确可靠的诊治依据，减少母婴生产危险。

Clinical values of ultrasonic B in parturient emergency treatments

Objective To discuss the clinical values of ultrasonic B checking in parturient emergency treatments(UBCPET).Methods Analysized from the reviewing of UBCPET 2 500 lying-in women checked in our hospital from June 2003 to June 2006.Results Among 2 500 cases(lying-in women),2 139 cases were in normal postion(occipitounterior position,including left occipito-transverse-LOT and right occpito-tranverse-ROT),reached 97%in homology.Persistent occipitotranserse position and occipitoposterior position were 238 cases,reached 98%;breech presentation was 110 cases,troso presentation was13 cases,reached 98%;cord around neck was 750 cases,reached 96%.Placenta previa was 100%,separation of placenta was 64%.Amniotic fluid and fetus abnormality were 188 cases(macrosomatia 30,oaf 8),reached 91%.Conclusion UBCPET can help make diagnosis fastly,conveniently;provides doctors with reliable,accurate foundation in diagnosis and treatments;reduces hazards in childbearing.
