应用腔内技术治疗尿道狭窄

目的应用腔内技术提高尿道狭窄/闭锁手术治疗的成功率。方法对36例尿道狭窄/闭锁,行单纯尿道内切开或内切开加瘢痕切除手术治疗。结果4例〈0.3cm者,行单纯尿道内切开和16例长段尿道狭窄/闭锁均手术一次成功,5例2～3次手术治愈,9例术后近期内需定期尿道扩张。结论经尿道手术治疗尿道狭窄或闭锁安全有效,是尿道狭窄或闭锁的首选治疗方法。

Treatment of urethral stricture and atreturethria with application of endoscopic technology

Objective To make the surgical therapy of urethral stricture and occlusion more effective with endourethral surgery. Methods 36 cases of urethrostenosis or urethratresia were treated with the endoscopic surgery of internal urethrotomy or that plus with scar resection. Results Operations of 4 cases of less than 0. 3 cm and 16 cases of long urethrostenosis or Urethratresia were successful one time. 5 cases were cured after 2 ~ 3 operations. 9 cases needed for termly urethral dilatation after operations. Conclusion Operation through urethra to treat urethrostenosis or urethratresia is safe and effective, and is the first choice for these cases.
