国内无法手术切除的原发性肝癌介入治疗的系统性回顾及Meta分析

目的比较经动脉灌注化疗栓塞（Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization,TACE）联合射频消融（Radiofrequency Ablation,RFA）治疗无法手术切除的原发性肝癌（Unresectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma,UHCC）与单独TACE治疗的临床远期疗效。方法通过计算机和手工检索全面收集国内关于TACE＋RFA与单独TACE治疗无法手术切除肝癌的临床对照研究文献,并按Cochrane协作网推荐的方法进行Meta分析。采用RevMan 4.2软件,应用固定效应模型分析,对符合纳入标准的12个实验进行Meta分析。结果与单纯TACE相比,TACE＋RFA的术后1年、2年及3年生存率高,差异有显著性（=1.36、1.78及2.61,〈0.01）。结论TACE联合RFA治疗无法手术切除的肝癌的远期疗效较单独TACE治疗好,能有效提高患者生存率。

Interventional Treameant For Unresectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma:A systematic Review and Meta-analysis.

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization（TACE） plus radiofrequency ablation（RFA） to TACE alone for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma（UHCC）.Methods All data of patients with HCC underwent TACE＋RFA versus TACE were collected from literature by electronic searching and handwork searching.Meta-analysis that recommended by Cochrane Collaboration was done for the data above,12 researches enrolled in criteria were included in this study using RevMan 4.2 through fixed-effect model.Results Compared with that of TACE alone,1-,2-,3-year survival in those underwent TACE＋RFA was statistically higher（=1.36,1.78,2.61,〈0.01）.Conclusions The prospective efficacy of TACE plus RFA for UHCC which can elevate the patients＇ survival rate is better than that of TACE alone.
