某院2008年～2011年输血不良反应调查与分析

目的 对某院输血不良反应进行回顾性统计分析,了解输血不良反应发生率和不同类型构成比,探讨输血不良反应发生原因及预防措施.方法 对某院2008年～2011年100例《输血不良反应回报单》进行回顾性统计分析.结果 某院4年间输血不良反应总发生率为0.14％.其中,红细胞类输注不良反应发生率为0.05％,血浆输注不良反应发生率为0.10％,机采血小板输注不良反应发生率为1.10％.结论 采供血机构和医疗机构应充分认识到输血风险,对输血不良反应及时进行调查处理和分析,尽可能避免或减少输血不良反应发生,确保用血安全.

Investigation of Adverse Events of Transfusion in A Hospital from 2008 to 2011

Objective To retrospective analyze the adverse events of transfusion in a hospital to understand the adverse events incidence of transfusion and constituent ratio of different types, to explore causes and preventive measures. Method Totally 100 cases of adverse events of transfusion in a hospital from 2008 to 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Result During the four years, the total incidence of adverse events of transfusion was 0.14%, the adverse events incidence of plasma transfusion was 0. 10% , and the adverse events incidence of apheresis platelet transfusion was 1.10%. Conclusion Blood collection and transfusion medical institutions should fully understand the risks of the adverse events of transfusion, timely investigate and analyze the adverse events of transfusion, as far as possible to avoid or reduce adverse events of transfusion to ensure blood satety.
