| 摘 要： | 医院信息质量是医院管理和决策的依据.文章从电子病历的信息质量控制着手,讨论了医院信息质量的监管情况,指出医院信息质量在医院信息化建设中的重要性.通过电子病历进行信息质量控制的主要做法包括：建立病历文书质量控制模式,启用“病历质控评分”软件,建立相关标准和完善质量控制流程等.

| Abstract: | Hospital information quality （ HIQ） is the basis for the management and strategies of hospital. Based on the information quality control on electric medical records （ EMR）, the paper discussed the supervision of HIQ, and pointed out the importance and necessity of HIQ in the construction of hospital information system. The main measures on HIQ through EMR included establishment of the quality control model of medical records, using the Medical Records Quality Control Scale＇software, establishment of relative standards and umprovement of quality control procedures. |
