| 摘 要： | 对某区新农合医疗费用问题进行分析.随着新农合的深入开展,过度医疗、小病大治、重大疾病补偿率偏低等日渐显现,采取规范定点医疗机构服务行为、新农合系统与医院管理系统对接、加强医疗费用指标控制等控制措施,取得了良好效果.

| Abstract: | The study analyzed medical cost in the New Rural Cooperative Medical System （ NCMS ） in a district, and pointed out that with the depth of NCMS, excessive medical treatment, low rate of compensation for major diseases and other problems increased obviously. The Cooperative Management Office of Jingzhou District in Hubei province took measure and achieved good results, which included standardization of medical behavior in designated medical institutions, jointing of NCMS and hospital management system, strengthening indicators control of medical cost. |
