摘    要:寻求有针对性的抗疲劳措施,提高运动成绩。方法对22名有体育特长男女大学生进行运动疲劳试验,分别在运动前,运动后立即及第2天取血,分离血清并测定乳酸脱氢酶及其同工酶,肌酸激酶及其仙工酶和丙氨酸氨基转移酶活性。结果运动后血清酶活性均有明显升 酶亦有变化,第2天逐渐恢复并接近正常水平。结论运动疲劳在一定程度上可引起组织细胞膜损伤,但这种损伤是可逆的,在短期内即可恢复。

Abstract:Objective To find the methods of contending against the exercise fatigue and taiste the exercise achievement, Method The serum CK , LDH and their isoenzyme and ALT activities were investigated in 22 trained youth volunteers before andafter acute exercise fatigue. Result The data obtained stuggest that the serum enzyme activities are all higher before exetciste than after exercise. The differences are significant. The isoenzyme activities are also change partly. The serum enzyme activities change recover gradually to normal level after 24 hours. Conclu - sion Acute exercise fatigue can damage the structure of cell membrane ,but the damage may recaver in short peri- Od.
