X线透视撬拨复位内固定治疗跟骨舌状骨折

目的探讨X线透视撬拨复位内固定治疗跟骨舌状骨折的临床疗效。方法从2001年4月-2009年12月,对收治的27例42足跟骨舌状骨折患者,采用在X线透视下,跟骨结节前下方垂直跟骨矢状面的克氏针牵引,同时用经跟骨后缘跟骨结节处两侧克氏针,撬拨复位内固定方法治疗。结果 2001～2009年治疗27例42足跟骨骨折,全部病例恢复或大部分恢复跟骨解剖形态,功能恢复满意。结论该方法疗效确切,操作简单,是治疗跟骨舌状骨折的有效方法之一,可以在大多数医院应用。

Treatment of Linguiform Calcaneus Fracture with Poking Reduction and Internal Fixation under X-Ray

Objective To explore the curative effective of poking reduction and internal fixation under x-ray for calcaneus fracture.Methods The clinical data of 27 cases（42 feet）of calcaneus fracture from Apr.2001 to Dec.2009 in 9 years treated by poking reduction and internal fixation under x-ray.Results All cases completely or partly restored the anatomy shape of calcaneus,and the function was approving.Conclusion The poking reduction and internal fixation under x-ray is effective and simple for linguiform calcaneus fracture.
