湖北口岸外籍验证人群传染病复查结果分析

目的]防止口岸外籍验证人群中疫情漏检，控制输入性传染病传人。方法]2004～2006年对经湖北口岸入境的2826名持有境外健康证明的验证人员进行肝炎、性病和艾滋病的复查，并对性病、艾滋病病毒感染者进行流行病学调查。结果]在2826名外籍验证人员中发现HBsAg阳性35例，抗-HCV阳性7例，梅毒抗体阳性8例和抗-HIV阳性4例。检出率分别为1．24％、0．25％、0．28％和0．14％。其中5例梅毒抗体阳性者和4例抗-HIV阳性者均为来自非洲的留学生。结论]在入境的外籍验证人群中存在一定的疫情漏检或持伪证情况，应进一步加强对来自高危地区外籍人员的验证工作，把好国门关。

Analysis on Reexamining Results of Infectious Diseases among Entry Foreigners for Testing and Verifying at Hubei Port

Objective To prevent epidemic disease to be fail to examine among entry foreigners for testing and verifying,and to control infectious diseases transmission.Method 2 826 foreigners who have the health certifications with their own country were reexamined for HBsAg syphilis and anti-HIV.Those who were infected with syphilis and HIV were investigated for the epidemiology.Result 35 cases were HBsAg positive,7 cases were anti-HCV positive,8 cases were anti-TP positive and 4 cases were anti-HIV positive.The positive rates were 1.24%,0.25%,0.28% and 0.14% respectively.In which,5 syphilis-infected cases and 4 HIV-infeded cases came from African.Conclusion Some health certifications were forged among the entry foreigners.It is very important to strengthen the work of the testing-verifying,and to control infectious deseases spreading.
