| 摘 要： | 目的：选用黄芪，党参，太子参，甘草、白扁豆和黄精７味常用补气类中药水煎剂，观察对大鼠离体胃不同部位平滑肌条的作用。方法：制备大鼠离体胃各部位的平滑肌条，放置在灌流肌槽，中，用生理记录仪同时记录肌条的收缩活动。结果７味中药均增加大嫌胃底纵、环行肌条的张力，党参，甘草，白术，黄精可增加胃体纵行肌的张力，其余补气类中药对胃体，胃窦肌条的收缩波平均振幅及幽门环行肌运动指数呈现不同的影响。结论：７种补气类中

| Abstract: | Objective and Methode:Pi-Xu symptom are usually treated with traditional Chinese medicine of Buqi.The experiment wanted to test the effect of Buqi on contractile of isolated rat gastric muscle strips.Motility of strips taken from different regions of rat stomach were simultaneously recorded in 7 tissue chambers.Results:It was found that herbs of Buqi increased fundic longitudinal and circular muscle tension at rest,Dangshen,Gancao,Baizhu and Huangjing increased bodied longitudinal muscle tension at rest.Some herbs of Buqi influenced the mean contractile amplitude of bodied and antral strips and the motility index of pyloric circular muscle.Conclusions:The results indicated that traditional Chinese medicine of Buqi had remarkable excitatory action on contractile activity of isolated rat gastric strips in vitro |
