NRAGE基因在胃癌组织中表达与病理特征的关系

摘    要:目的 用原位杂交方法检测NRAGE基因mRNA在胃癌组织、癌旁组织和正常胃黏膜组织中的表达.方法 cDNA探针的制备,用原位杂交的方法检测36例胃癌组织、16例癌旁组织和11例正常胃黏膜组织中NRAGE基因mRNA的表达状况.结果 在正常胃黏膜组织中NRAGE基因mRNA的表达较胃癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达明显升高(P<0.05);胃癌组织中NRAGE mRNA的表达,与胃癌的浸润深度、淋巴转移、临床分期密切相关(P<0.05).结论 胃癌的发生可能与该基因的低表达有关,NRAGE基因可能在胃癌的发生过程中起抑制作用.

Abstract:Objective We explored the NRAGE gene expression in situ hybridization was used to detect the expression of NRAGE mRNA in the 11normal gastric mucosa,16 adjancent cancinoma and 36 gastric carcinoma tissues.Methods cDNA probe preparation.In situ hybridization was used to detect the expression of NRAGE mRNA in the normal gastric mucosa, adjancent cancinoma and gastric carcinoma tissues.Results NRAGE gene was highly expressed in normal gastric mucosa than that in adjancent cancinoma and in the gastric carcinoma(P<0.05).Between the expression of NRAGE mRNA and the sex,age,tumor size,distal metastasis and cell,the NRAGE mRNA expression was highly related to invasive depth,clinical stages,lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion It indicated that the lower expression of NRAGE gene might be involved in gastric carcinoma.The NRAGE gene might suppress the processes of development of gastric cancer.
