摘    要:目的 分析先天性心脏病房间隔缺损及合并畸形的超声心动图检查误诊、漏诊原因.方法 回顾性分析351例先天性心脏病房间隔缺损及合并畸形的超声心动图诊断,并与手术结果对照.结果 351例房间隔缺损(以下简称房缺)均经手术证实,其中出现分型误差7例,合并畸形漏诊8例,分型及合并畸形诊断符合率分别为98.0%,89.74%.结论 超声心动图诊断房间隔缺损是一种准确的首选检查方法,单纯房缺定性诊断准确率100%,分型及合并畸形的诊断仍有部分误差.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the reasons of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis from echocardiography in diagnosis of congenital atrial septal defects (ASD) complicated with other malformations.Methods Retrospectively analyzing the results of echocardiography of 351 cases and comparing them with the results of operations.Results All 351 cases are all confirmed by operations,including 7 cases of typing errors, 8 cases of missed diagnosis of ASD complicated with malformations. The accuracy of echocardiography of typing and ASD complicated with malformation is 98.0% and 89.74% respectvuely.Conclusion Echocardiography is an accurate,first-selected method in diagnosis of atrial septal defects.The qualitative accuracy of simple ASD is 100%.But there is also some error in diagnosis of typing and ASD complicated with malformation. It's significant to analyze the reasons so that to avoid the disadvantageous factors which could cause misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis and enhance the accuracy of diagnosis.
