| 摘 要： | 目的 观察降钙素对膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗效果.方法 76例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组36例,采用降钙素50mg/次,一天一次,肌肉注射;对照组40例,采用双氯芬酸钠缓释片75mg/次口服,一天一次.两组疗程均为4周.结果 疗程结束后治疗组总有效率为88.89%,而对照组总有效率为60.00%,二者差异显著(P＜0.05),且治疗组未见明显不良反应.结论 降钙素对膝关节骨性关节炎有较好的治疗效果,值得临床推广.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of calcitonin on osteoarthrisis of the knee.Methods 76 cases of osteoarthrisis of the knee were divided into two groups randomly, 36 cases as test group, and 40 cases as control group. The test group were treated with calcitonin 50mg muscle injection each time, one time each day. The control group took Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-release Tablet 75mg orally each time, one time each day. The two groups were all treated for four weeks as one treatment course.Results The total effective rate of the test group was 88.89%, and that of the control group was 60.00%.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Furthermore, the test group had no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion Calcitonin is effective for treating osteoarthrisis of the knee. It is worthy of clinic application. |
