各年龄段儿童口腔中念珠菌的分布研究

目的 研究以白色念珠菌为代表的念珠菌群在不同年龄阶段儿童口腔中的分布情况。方法 对4个不同年龄阶段的儿童口腔中的念珠菌群进行研究，颊黏膜拭子取样，鉴定培养基培养鉴定，比较培养法和PCR法对其中一组样本的白色念珠菌检出率的影响。结果念珠菌的检出率分别是：新生儿7．5％，乳牙列儿童组70％，混合牙列儿童组56．36％，恒牙列儿童组49．12％；白色念珠菌的比例各有不同，PCR方法比培养法更加敏感。结论 各个年龄阶段儿童口腔中均有念珠菌的检出，但检出率不同，白色念珠菌是主要成分。

The Distribution of Candida spp. in the Oral Cavities of Normal Children

Objective To study the distribution of Candida spp.mainly Candida albica ns in the oral cavities of health children.Methods Four groups children of differe nt ages,A1:newborn babies,A2:3.2years old(average)children,A3:7.2years ol d,A4:12.7years old and B contral group20.4years old,mucosal swab sampling with centrification,CHROMagar Candida identified culture medium for culture and iden tification,and different methods for isolating Candida albicans for A3group.Resu lts The isolation rates of Candida spp were A17.5%,A270%,A356.36%,A449.12%,B 27.5%,the proportion of Candida albicans also diversely,and the method of PCR wa s more sensitive than the one of cul-ture.Conclusion Candida spp can be isolate d from the normal oral cavites in different aged children,most of them were Cand ida albicans,both the isolation rates of Candida spp and the proportion of Candi da albicans were different.
