MMP2、TIMP2在子宫颈鳞癌中的表达及其意义

【目的】探讨MMP2、TIMP2在子宫颈鳞癌组织的表达及其意义。【方法】采用免疫组织化学S P法 ,分别检测 4 5例子宫颈鳞癌组织、30例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变 (cervicalintraepithelialneoplasia ,CIN)和 14例正常宫颈组织中MMP2、TIMP2的表达情况。【结果】MMP2、TIMP2在子宫颈鳞癌、CIN、正常宫颈组织中的阳性表达率分别为 82 .2 %、80 .0 % ;4 3.3%、5 0 .0 % ;2 1.4 %、35 .7%。鳞癌组的MMP2表达与CIN组及正常组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。TIMP2的鳞癌组与CIN组及正常组相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。MMP2的阳性表达率与患者 3年生存期呈密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。MMP2、TIMP2的表达与肿瘤大小、临床分期及病理分级均无明显相关性。【结论】MMP2、TIMP2的过度表达与子宫颈癌的发展有密切关系 ,可作为临床预测其预后的重要指标。

Expression of MMP2 and TIMP2 in Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Uterine Cervix and Its Clinical Significance

To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinaxe-2(MMP2) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2(TIMP2) in squamous cell carcinoma of uterine cervix. (SCUC) and its significance.The expressions of MMP2 and TIMP in 45 cases with SCUC, 30 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 14 cases of normal cervices were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method.The positive expression rates of MMP2 and TIMP2 in SCUC, CIN and normal cervices were 82.2%, 80.0% ; 43.3%, 50.0% and 21.4%, 35.7% , respectively. There were significant differences in MMP2 among SCUC group and CIN / normal groups (P<0.01). Obvious differences in TIMP2 also existed among SCUC group and CIN/normal groups (P<0.01). The positive expression rate of MMP2 was closely correlated with 3-year survival period of SCUC patients (P<0.05) ; while no remarkable correlations could be found among the expression of MMP2 / TIMP2 and the size, clinical stage and pathologic grade of tumors.Conclusion]Over expression of MMP2 and TIMP2 is closely correlated to the progression of uterine cervical carcinoma. It can be used as an important index for clinical predict ion of patient prognosis.
