焦虑心理对复治肺结核患者治疗效果的影响

目的观察焦虑心理对复治肺结核患者临床疗效的影响。方法选择160例复治肺结核患者,应用焦虑自评量表进行评分,根据结果分为焦虑组和非焦虑组,每组80例,均应用复治方案3HL2ZVAm/5HL2V(H:异烟肼;L2:利福喷汀,每周2次给药;Z:吡嗪酰胺;V:左旋氧氟沙星;Am:阿米卡星),疗程8个月。疗程结束后比较2组患者病灶改变、痰菌阴转率等指标。结果疗程结束后非焦虑组痰菌涂片及培养阴转率、X线片表现病灶改变有效率均显著优于焦虑组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,0.01)。结论焦虑心理可影响复治肺结核患者的临床治疗效果,临床医师在药物治疗的同时,需加强患者心理治疗。

Curative influence of anxiety psychology on the patients with recurrent pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of anxious psychology on the patients with recurrent pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 160 patients with recurrent pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into an anxious group of 80 cases and a non-anxious group of 80 cases according to the result of self-rating anxiety scale.They were treated with the same retreatment regimen of 3HL2ZVAm/5HL2V(H:isoniazide;L2:rifapentini,twice a week;Z:pyrazinamide;V:levofloxacin;Am:amikacin).The courses of treatment was 8 months.After the course of treatment,the changes of infection focus and the sputum negative conversion rate between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the anxious group,there were obvious rises in the indexes of bacteria sputum smear,sputum negative conversion rate and the effective rate of changes of infection focus of X-ray expressed in the non-anxious group after the courses of treatment.The differences had statistical significance(P<0.05,0.01).Conclusion The anxiety psychology can affect the clinical curative effect of the patients with recurrent pulmonary tuberculosis,the clinicians need to strengthen psychological treatment of the patients when the patients are given the drug treatment.
