高龄食道及贲门癌患者术后并发症的护理

笔者报道87例高龄食道及贲门癌患者术后常见并发症及护理。常见的并发症有心律失常、肺部感染、肺不张、疼痛、胸腔内吻合口瘘等。强调术前充分做好准备及护理，积极治疗伴发病；术后密切观察、及时发现和处理病情变化，术后早期注意心肺功能的监测．加强呼吸道以及各种引流管等多方面的护理配合，有利于减少术后并发症和手术死亡率，提高手术疗效。

Nursing care of postoperative complications of senior patients with esophagus and cardia carcinoma

The author reported common complications for 87 senior patients with esophagus and cardia cardcinoma and their nursing. The most common complications were cardiopulmonary insufficiency, lung infection, atelectasis pain and anastomose fistula in thorax. The author argues that favorable curative effects can be achieved and complications and death rate can be reduced by careful preoperative preparations, active treatment of complications, close observation, prompt discovery and treatment of complications after operation, intensifying the monitoring and training of cardiopulmonary function, improving nursing cooperation of respiration tract and drainage tubes unobstructed.
