摘    要:摘要:目的]建立合理的护理绩效考核制度,提高护理质量。方法]经过专家讨论法,将工作态度、优质护理、核心制度、护理安全、基础护理、病区管理、急救管理、文件书写、消毒隔离、继续教育纳入考核中,对我院各科室护理单元进行考核;考核半年后,将首次考核和半年后考核的成绩进行比较。结果]91个护理单元半年后首次考核各项成绩、总成绩的平均值均高于半年后首次考核的成绩,差异有统计学意义。结论]绩效考核制度的实施提高了护理工作质量,提升了护理管理水平。

Influence of performance appraisal on quality of nursing work

Abstract:Objective: To establish a reasonable nursing performance appraisal system and improve the nursing quality. Methods: The work attitude, the high quality of nursing care, the core system, the nursing safety, the basic nursing, the ward management,the emergency management, the document writing, the disinfection and isolation and the continuing education were included into the performance appraisal, the nursing units of various departments in our hospital were assessed. The performance after half a year was compared with the first performance appraisal. Results: The average values of each performance and total performance of 91 care units first appraisal after half a year six were higher than first appraisal results after half a year, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The implementation of performance appraisal system improved the nursing quality and enhanced nursing management levels.
