心理护理在手术中的应用

随着医学护理模式的转变，逐渐走向了以人为本、以病人为中心的护理模式。手术室作为一个特殊的场所，其护理已不再局限于手术台上的操作与配合，而是包括了心理护理在内的、更为复杂的创造性劳动。通过术前访视、术中护理及术后随访，给予患者必要的心理支持及健康指导，使患者以最佳的身心状态接受手术，提高其手术适应能力和配合能力，降低焦虑值。故应加强心理护理，以确保手术的成功，术后能尽早康复出院。

Application of Psychological Nursing in Operations

The nursing model in medicine is increasingly transformed into the one centered on people and patients. Nursing of the operation room as a special place is no longer limited within the manipulation and assistance on the operation table, whereas it has become a more complex creative labor including psychological nursing. Through visiting before the operation, nursing during it and visiting after it, we should contribute necessary psychological support and health instruction to patients so that they would be operated on with the best physical and psychological condition and their adjustment and supporting ability would be improved to reduce their anxiety. Therefore, psychological nursing should be enhanced to ensure the success of the operation and patients can be recovered and discharged soon.
